Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in delivering premium-quality coffee and custom-made merchandise. Because many of our products are made fresh or created on demand, our policy is designed to protect product safety and ensure customer satisfaction.:coffee: Coffee Products
All coffee orders are freshly roasted and packaged per order.
 For health and safety reasons:
  • Coffee purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded due to flavor preference or change of mind.
However, we will replace or refund your coffee order if:
  • It arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product

Our merchandise is produced on demand, especially for your order.
 Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Wrong size chosen
  • Change of mind
  • Style or color preference
We will gladly replace or refund your merch if:
  • It arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item
  • The order never arrives due to a shipping issue
